Delivery Costs

Up to 15kgs = £9.95

15.1kgs to 30kgs = £12.00

Over 30 kgs - please enquire

Deliveries over 25kg to a private address incur a surcharge of £3.00
(sorry it's the carrier not us!)

Shipping

The shipping costs are to most UK mainland only.
Please email for Scottish Highlands & Isles, English Islands, N Ireland and Eire. Plus all European & Worldwide destinations.

All items will require a signature therefore please ensure that somebody will be at the delivery address to accept the goods.

If multiple items are bought, we will combine shipping costs.

Delivery

We try to ship within 3 days of clearance. Deliveries via Royal Mail are normally sent within 1 day of clearance. Large or heavy items are normally despatched within 3 days of clearance by carrier on a "3 day service" if you require a next day delivery please email us for a price.
You should allow 14 days for delivery.
At our busy time (Feb - Jul) it may take a little longer to process the order.

Refunds & Returns

All items sold by us are new. Refunds will be given when goods are damaged and postage will be refunded after the goods have been returned. All returns must be made in the original packaging.

In order to keep the cost of products as genuine as possible we do not offer a free returns service.

It the event of goods being returned due to a signature not being available a second postage/carrier charge will be made.

In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned, please email us before taking any action.

Delivery Costs

We offer a delivery cost of £58.25 (subject to postcode) per sinker. You must make sure that you have the facilities available to unload the palletised wheel from a curtainside lorry. We will need a delivery address, a contact name and telephone number for the carrier to successfully deliver the goods.
